It comes as zero surprise to me that people who have seen under the bonnet of AI advise their families to stay away from it.

This report by the Guardian tells of a worker whose job it was to spend all day deciding if tweets were racist or not.

This sounds like a soul destroying occupation in itself but having seen at first hand the potential for harm because of AI she says even seemingly benign tools like ChatGPT are an ‘absolute no-no’ in her house.

I guess AI is a bit like sausages and laws in that respect - no one really wants to see how they are made.
